4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from LootusCape. If you are not completely satisfied with your T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, or Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including original shipping charges, upon verification.

5. Governing Law
